For two-thirds of Annabel Jankel’s drama that is romantic “Tell It into the Bees, ” the story rolls along like numerous we’ve seen before. In voiceover, an older Charlie (voiced by Billy Boyd but never seen) delivers the viewers back into their youth times in 1950s Scotland.
